On my recent vacation to Xalapa, Mexico I did manage to get in a few days of birding photography. I basically did my birding in 2 areas, a park right in the city and in a couple of spots either side of the airport.

I’m back from a 5 day vacation in Xalapa, Mexico. Xalapa (or Jalapa) is the capital of the state of Veracruz in southeastern Mexico. Its located in the mountains and has a wonderful, moderate climate. Links to more photos of the trip are at the end of this blog entry.

Just a quick note to say I´m on vacation in Xalapa, Mexico at the moment … I´ve been site seeing, birding and in general having a good time. There will be photos and a lot more to say later!
